Questions before you move
Yes. Since 4 May 2026, SMS is only available on Omnisend Pro and Custom plans, so Free and Standard cannot text at all. Pro starts at $59 a month for a small list, and SMS credits are bought separately on top of that. Messaro Starter is $19 a month and already includes 500 messaging credits, so email and SMS both work from the entry plan.
